The Producers Guild of America Award for Best Theatrical Motion Picture is one of the annual awards given by the Producers Guild of America from 1989.
Starting from 2009, the number of nominees has officially increased from five to ten, in accordance with the number of Academy Awards Best Picture nominees.
Of all the 27 films awarded, only 19 have gone on to win the Academy Award for Best Picture.
